Welcome to our “Off Grid cabin”
Tucked away on our property, our Off Grid Cabin and Stay + Play package is a one-of-a-kind golfing experience. Make new golfing memories with your partner or friends, right here in the Durham Region.
The Cabin
Nestled amongst the trees, our off grid cabin features a main floor living area with kitchenette and wood stove. In the loft is a sleeping area with mattress. On the balcony, cook on our propane stove with element and grill. Outside we offer a hammock, picnic table, and fire pit with grill.
Our cabin is 100% off grid! This means:
- There is no running water in the cabin or outhouse, a 5 Gallon (22 litres) jug of clean drinking water is provided for each stay
- There is a self-contained peat moss toilet in the secondary building/ outhouse
- There is an on-site outdoor shower located behind the cabin
- All of the electricity is from solar energy and should be conserved as much as possible! No Wifi on-site
- Bed sheets, pillows, and towels are NOT provided. For bedding we recommend either sleeping bags, or two flat sheets to cover the mattress and additional comforter/ blankets for sleeping
- Dishes, mugs, cast iron cookware, cutlery, and cooking utensils are all provided
- Indoor and outdoor firewood is provided
- Gas stove propane is provided
